Cold temperatures vs the Skin
Winter can be a challenging time for our skin due to extreme temperature changes between outdoor and indoor environments. Our skin is sensitive to temperature so when the skin is exposed to dramatic cold and hot temperatures it can speed up aging.
Before we dive into the tips, take a look at the below checklist of skin warning signs caused by cold outdoor temperatures.
How many have you ticked?
When our skin is exposed to cold temperatures our skin turns hard and the blood circulation will not flow as well which will lead to all the above problems.
To prevent these problems our main skincare goal should be skin softening and skin warm-up. If you have ticked any of the problems above try these simple skincare methods to keep your skin healthy and glowy this Winter.
1: Massage your face with a facial oil
To bring your skin temperature up, press down your face well with clean hands to transfer the heat from your palm to your face.
